Joker diffonde per Gotham City una quantità di gas esilarante molto potente, così da avere la città ai suoi piedi. Con i suoi uomini inizierà a svaligiare ogni negozio. Quando anche in casa Wayne si diffonde il gas ed Alfred rimane contagiato, Batman interviene prontamente per mettere fine al piano del pazzo criminale.
